The coffins are for show and to give a sense of righteousness to what is about to take place. Law Enforcement will be tasked with the dirty work. It will take considerable effort to get them to accept their role in population reduction.

The current FEMA camps will not hold the masses projected anymore than Auschwitz was intended to be home for the Jews until the end of the war. What can be done with the bodies of 90% of a nation's population? Mass burial or incineration to produce electricity seems likely solution.
